Sans Peur Consultancy Ltd is a specialist QHSSE and ISO management consultancy. Founded and led by Richard — a seasoned practitioner with 28+ years of experience — the firm operates at the intersection of operational credibility and management systems excellence.

We work across oil & gas, mining, maritime, private security, and humanitarian sectors, bringing the same rigour and precision to every engagement regardless of scale or geography.

Sans Peur operates globally with a particular focus on Africa, the Middle East, and complex operating environments where the gap between policy and practice is widest — and where the stakes are highest.

Richard is a NEBOSH-qualified, CertIOSH, IRCA-registered Lead Auditor with over 28 years of operational experience spanning some of the world's most demanding sectors and environments. He is the founder and principal consultant of Sans Peur Consultancy Ltd, and delivers the majority of engagements personally.

His career spans oil & gas, mining, maritime, private security, and NGO/humanitarian operations — giving him a depth of practical understanding that is rare in the consultancy space. He has worked across Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and other complex operating environments, advising organisations on everything from ISO certification to emergency response and security risk management.

Richard's approach is direct, practical, and grounded in real-world experience. He does not delegate to junior staff or rely on generic templates — every deliverable reflects his personal expertise and commitment to client outcomes.
